Month of August Updates

Some wonderful things are going on at Debaucherous Bath.

Beginning next week the pin up collection will finally make its debut on etsy. Also, over the weekend sometime, I'll be updating the website to reflect all new products, plus updating the fragrance list.

For the month of August, Debaucherous Bath will be closed on Fridays. This is so that we can gear up for the Fall products that will start to make their debut by the end of the month. And this will only be for the month of August. We will still be working on Fridays to process and ship orders, build up stock, etc but I will not be online at all to answer any convos or emails.  This will give us a lot more productive time to get ready for Fall and the busy season ahead.

TAT is currently at 2-3 business days. 

The first Fall/end of summer collection will debut on the August 21st. There will be some exciting new scents coming then. As well as body oils that will be making their debut. New soaps, whipped soaps, perfume, bubbling scrubs and lotion will be added. Lotions will finally be making their return on this date as well as sugar scrubs coming back too. Such an exciting time!

Making an early fall return next month will be Pumpkin Regal, Raven and a few others.  Last year I was having a problem with a key note in Raven being discontinued. I was able to go straight to the source and obtain it there. I have LOADS of it so we will never run out of Raven this year. I am so excited for this as it is one of my all time Fall favorites and it's a best seller.

Limited edition perfume balms will be making their debut as well on this date. These will be subject to availability only. Once gone, gone. They will be available in our most popular scents. If you have a special request, now is the time to let us know. Either it'll be in the collection already or possibly added depending upon how many requests come in. A few new perfumes are going up on etsy and you may have already noticed some are up now. Such as Marshmallow Lavender. Yum!

Another update, beginning in September some of the new products and scents that are coming will be available on the website only. I plan to keep the majority of the catalog items there. I love etsy, but since inventory is getting larger for the holiday season I figured it'd be better this way.

And ending on a positive note, as I'm sitting here writing this update, my son was helping me stock inventory this afternoon. I guess he was checking out the new scents and asked me how much the whipped soaps and bubbling scrubs were. I told him $10 for most and asked him why and he said he was just wondering. Little did I know what he as up to and so he came over to me and said "Here's $10, I want the Mau Loa whipped soap". Oh my goodness, my heart just sank. I told him he could save his money and have it as he earned it working with me. Awe. That is a wonderful compliment coming from my son. I love my kids.

USPS Tracking

I know 2 have already noticed this and I just noticed it on a 3rd package, but it appears USPS is recycling tracking numbers. Tracking is showing on some as if they were delivered somewhere else last year. Most are showing September and October of last year. Rest assured, when you receive your package it is the same exact tracking number I provided to you that stamps.com issues and that it is not old tracking numbers I am" trying to pass along" as though it appears on usps.com.

Update

A quick update. Last night I was up til 2am trying to get the products up on the etsy shop, but for some odd reason I kept getting the spinning wheel on my mac. My mac was just not cooperating or it was the internet, as I couldn't even get around on the net. I have no clue but it's fine now. I apologize for the delay, but I will be working on getting them up later this evening. 

2013 Holiday/Vacation Schedule

Here is the 2013 Holiday/Vacation schedule for the remainder of the year. Please note, this schedule is subject change at any time.

September:

Closed beginning Monday September 9th, 2013. All orders placed until Wednesday September 4th will be shipped out prior to closure. All orders made after the 4th will be processed upon our return, Monday September 23rd, 2013.

October:

Please note, these dates may change.

Closed beginning Monday, October 7th, 2013. All orders placed until Wednesday October 2nd will be shipped out prior to closure. All orders made after the 32nd will be processed upon our return Monday October 21st.

November:

Closed beginning Thursday November 28th, 2013 in observance of Thanksgiving. All orders placed until Monday November 25th will be shipped our prior to closure. All orders made after the 27th will be processed upon our return Monday December 2nd, 2013.

December:

Closed beginning December 16th, 2013 in observance of Christmas and New Years. All orders received by Thursday December 12th, 2012 will be processed and shipped out prior to closure. No orders will be accepted after this date or during this closure time. We will reopen Thursday, January 2nd, 2013.

Collection Debut this Friday!

I have been busy processing orders to get them out in a timely manner for all. At the same time I am getting all photos ready for the debut. I'm trying to get it to where I can upload them all in one day and not sporadically, so please forgive the delay in getting the new items up. But they will all be going up on Friday, there's just so many of them! lol Including some oldies but goodies. To honor the new debut (and I had so many customers waiting for the debut during the 4th of July sale, sorry!) I am going to offer another sale for one week only beginning this Friday. As you may know, I rarely offer sales so don't pass this one up! The sale will be at the etsy shop only, I'll be offering 10% off $30 or more. Spend $75 or more and get a free perfume ($15 value only) of your choice with the 10% off. Sale does not apply to perfume petites or any other samples. TAT may be delayed during the sale, so please bare with us as there are only 2 of us. Delay may be 5-7 business days, but we are aiming for 3-4 at most. 

You may have noticed, Zombie Girl is up on the etsy shop as well. Something I typically wait until Fall for, but I have been getting quite a few requests for it and to be honest, I couldn't wait!

Product Update

Just an update that I am working quickly on getting the new products added to the etsy shop and site. There's so many photos because there are so many new things so it's taking me a little longer than I thought. 

I'm hoping to have them up tomorrow, latest, Tuesday.

New Look, or Not?

You may have noticed the etsy shop has a new look. Debaucherous Bath is not changing it's look, but I thought it would be nice to have "themes" with either the holidays or collection launches.  so do you like the new pinup banner? We love it!

In the meantime I will finally be adding all the new scents in whipped soaps, bubbling scrubs and more this week. Lotions will start to make their appearance very soon. I was waiting for some of the ingredients for the lotion but with the 100+ weather we have been having here my last shipment was not in a good state. It was just an utter mess when it came. So a replacement is coming with a cool pak to keep everything safe to use in my lotions, woohoo!

So keep an eye out.

Ok, I am already anxiously working on new fall scents. Well, I lied, I've been working on them since last year! I think I may be debuting them sometime next month. Honestly, I cannot wait. It is my utmost favorite time of the year. No one, I mean no one, knows or loves Fall and Halloween like I do. Anyone can claim they love it and are all about it, but honestly, they're not...lol. I have so many things planned throughout the year for this time. Not just for Debaucherous Bath, but at home, for my family, the house, you name it, I'm working on it. I just absolutely love it and what better time to be born, right???!!! I am just so lucky! An October girl, the best! Ok, ok, enough of that. But seriously, the fall scents will be coming soon as well as the oldies. I may even bring back the much loved and ever so popular, Zombie Girl a lot sooner than the others.
