Collections Update & Updated TAT

Just a quick note to let everyone know that I am still working on getting the collections up. I have all the perfumes up, the perfume petites, some of the Dark Woods whipped soaps and a few others on etsy. I should have everything up by Friday on etsy and the website. I'll be listing more tonight after everyone is in bed and I can have time to myself, lol. It's family time now and time for me to make dinner.

Also, turn around time is back to 1-3 days, this is wonderful news! I love it when I can get your orders out this quickly. I have a couple convos to answer tonight as well.

New Collections Going Up Today

The new collections are going up beginning today and throughout the week. Starting with the Dark Woods and Loved to Death valentine collections.

I finally got almost everything into my mac with the transitioning of everything from my old computer. I'm so excited! I have been so anxious to debut these collections at the right time and I know you have been too. I've been getting a lot of inquiries about the Dark Woods collection in particular.

In regards to the Dark Woods collections, you will notice a slight increase in price than most of my other products. I'll explain why. Some contain essential oils such as patchouli which can be very pricey. Others contain very high end fragrance oils. I never cut costs on my blends. I always use the best for the best (you). You will notice the quality as always. This also applies to a few of the Twisted Fairytale collection items such as The Queen Bee that is coming out, it contains Cardamon CO2, which you may know is on the pricey side as well. Once in awhile I will get someone asking why something is priced differently than something else in my shop and I just want to clarify why, it is all based off the ingredients I use.

You may have already noticed too that I increased the price slightly on Alices Nightmare in Wonderland Bubbling Scrub and Whipped Soaps. This is because the cost of pumpkin powder has increased since I last purchased it (which was quite some time ago unfortunately).

So off to work I go. You should start seeing the items being listed by this evening. On the website it'll be tonight.

Could it get any worse??

Yes it can! First off, I'm finally back online! Sadly, my pc has finally gone to pc heaven. I've had it much too long. Longer than 5 years. Past the standard 4 years for a pc. I have a mac I got last summer that I'm still not quite familiar with. It's hard to go from a pc to a mac but I will manage. But it isn't the same. Some of my programs I use are pc only. I have parallel and I'm hoping (fingers crossed) that I can use it for my pc stuff as I use a pc only program for my label designs. Some of my labels are lost permanently and I have to redesign them from scratch. I will be doing that this weekend. Some are not and I have to transfer them from my drive. So guess what I'll be doing all weekend?


Luckily for me many of the labels are already printed.


Also, all but 3 orders have been shipped. Since I was without a computer for the last 48 hours (they needed my mac to transfer what they could from my old hard drive), I have sent those emails out a bit ago informing those of their order status. They will be going out by Monday as I download all the necessary info into my mac such as my stamps.com account and more.  


This is also why I have not ben available nor have I been able to add to the site or etsy shop. Hopefully that will be done by this weekend as well. I was actually feeling anxiety today. The thought of all this added work just killing me inside. Usually I'm a very optimistic person, but my patience is wearing thin right now. :-( It makes me so sad.


Luckily a lot of stuff was backed up.

Order Updates

I am currently working on catching up on convos and emails and completing orders for today and Tuesdays shipment. I have been MIA for a few days. My youngest, at only 2, was very ill (102 fever and a night in the ER, she is much better now) while my 2nd youngest was nearly as bad and then I became very ill, she and I are much better now. Not sure if it has passed, my husband just told me he is feeling cold and is blasting the heater, it's not cold here and no one else is cold. Poor thing, I think he is getting it now. And my oldest asked for cough drops, sigh. That's leaves 1 more. I hope no one else in the house gets whatever it is. It's a very nasty thing. I myself had pneumonia. A visit to my doctor, plenty of rest and the rights meds and I am much better now. We all had our flu shots last year. Lovely, just lovely.


So I am catching up tonight on convos and emails. All orders have been completed and I'll be updating tracking as well as refunding any shipping over charges.

We are also working on having the site complete within the next few days. New items will be going up as well as restocks.

Shipping

With the new USPS shipping rates, it is taking me a bit longer to add my new collections. As well as having to restock the bubbling scrubs and whipped soaps to also reflect the new shipping charges. With the exception of the lip balms, perfumes and samples, shipping for the scrubs, lotions and whipped soap will reflect USPS Priority Mail fees. If your order is small enough, I will ship First Class and refund the difference as usual.

We are looking at a restock date of Saturday January 28th as well as the collections debut. I will be adding them all in one day.

Whipped Soaps, Bubbling Scrubs

Just an update that we are sold out through the site on the whipped soaps and bubbling scrubs which is why I took them down on the former website and etsy site. I will be restocking as soon as I can, possibly late in the week. I will keep everyone informed as to when.

When I do restock, I will be adding them to the new site instead of the former site.

Collections Update

I will begin to debut the collections this week. I will start with the Dark woods collections. Then the Loved to Death Valentine collection and then into the week I'll debut the Twisted Fairytale collection.

In regards to samples. At this time I'll only be offering samples in the perfume petites and only as sets. Each set will be representing each new collection and priced accordingly. 
The Loved to Death Valentine Collection will be available until the end of February. The Dark Woods collection will be available until the end of March. And the Twisted Fairytale collection will be available until the end of April.

No new collections will debut until Spring when I introduce my summer collections. In case you haven't been able to tell, I'm not much of a Spring type of person, lol.

I will however, be offering a few new perfumes for Spring that will not be available in any other product. These will not be typical fragrances either, as usual. They are going to be on the pricier side as they will contain CO2's and absolutes such as Jasmine Sambac and Rose Otto. If you are familiar with these such as Jasmine Sambac absolute, than you know how lovely it is and how pricey it is as well. These more expensive yet divine perfumes will not be offered in the usual 5ml sizes. To make them a bit more affordable, they will be in the perfume petite sizes. 

Until then, I will be working on getting the collections up on the site.
