Just a quick update, we are working rather quickly over here and should have all orders out no later than Monday. As always, depending upon the volume of orders by the weekend for our vacation, the TAT can change, but again, we are working on a good flow here and would expect no later than Wednesday, worse case scenario.
We are also working on convos and emails. It seems many emails from the website were not coming through and we are trying to work on that.

Tax Season, Vacation Notice and a Sale???
Well, tax season is upon us and with that a much needed break. So beginning at the end of March we will be taking a few weeks off to do our taxes, inventory and take a little vacation (yes, a real vacation!).
Both the website and etsy shop will remain open, but, it will reflect a 4 week TAT in which orders will not be processed during that time. We will be closed for vacation beginning March 16th. Orders received during that time will not begin to be processed until we return Monday, April 13th, 2015. By this time we will begin to debut our summer collections.
Due to the fact that we will be away on a real vacation (to which I am so excited about!) we will not be available via email or convo from March 30th, until April 7th. We will however, be available via convo and email before the 30th and after the 7th, so no fear! ;-)
All orders received before March 16th will be processed and shipped out accordingly.
In the meantime, how about one of our semi annual sales? Yep, here's the details!
Valid at the etsy shop only, beginning Sunday, March 8th until Tuesday March 10th.
Not valid on clearance items, sale items, specials, samples and perfume petites.
Sale valid on full size products only, orders containing samples with discount will be voided. I am beyond heart broken. Words cannot describe my feelings at this moment for the loss of my cat. He passed away today at a few weeks shy of turning 17. He always followed me everywhere, talking to me, keeping me warm. My best friend. I am so sad.

TAT
Good evening!
A few updates, if you received a shipping notice today, our lovely mail carrier (and not our regular one) arrived earlier than scheduled so a majority of the packages missed todays cutoff. But they will be leaving tomorrow. Which brings us to the updated TAT. I am so *EXCITED* to announce, we are caught up!!!!! With just a few more orders to go we will be back at 2-3 business days beginning Monday. I am so excited. It's been a long time since we've been able to catch up like this. But Lori and I have been hustling over here like mad women!
So, all the new scents have been added in lotions so far, some perfumes. Since we have been here working round the clock I haven't had a chance to add the remainder of the items, which btw, I know it's past Valentines Day, but better late than never, right? ;-) So, I will be adding the remainder of the items over the weekend. I'm also going to take some time to work on inventory and repenish many items that are out of stock.
Also, a friendly reminder, some scents are being retired. They are:

Can Can Girl
Cinderella's Carriage (will return in the Fall)
Drink Me (will return in the Fall)

February Fragrance of the Month

Quick Update
So it seems that we can never catch a break over here. My family and I came down with a horrible stomach bug, each one of us slowly, one by one over the course of 10 days. There are 6 of us here, we are just glad it has finally passed. Lori took over and did all that she could during this time to which I am so blessed to have her around.
In the meantime, the Valentines collection has been delayed due to this. I am finally on the mend and we are making headway on all the orders. I am using this beautiful Sunday to process as many orders as I can get done while Lori has the weekend off, bless her heart. With the progress we are making, I estimate that by mid week, we will be back to a 2-3 business day TAT. This may change depending on the volume of orders that come in. It seems that from early fall (or usually late summer) until valentines day is a pretty busy time for us.
The valentine collection will be added to the website by Monday and etsy by mid week.
In regards to samples, Lori and I receive many inquiries as to purchasing samples in lotions, whipped soaps and the scrubs. aside from the perfume petites already offered. These samples can be found on our website. To keep TAT down we will be minimizing the amount of custom listings for these items since not all are listed in our etsy shop. But they can be found on our website.
We are also working on providing a better preforming website for you. This will have real time shipping costs for both US and international customers, inventory control and more payment options. We anticipate to have this launched by late spring or early summer.
