Quick Update

Just a quick update as to what we are doing.

We are working overtime on getting all orders out. Some orders were held back, I had a MAJOR problem with FedEx losing a package of our muslim bags that we had ordered for the perfumes. They lost it, I had to place another order, they lost the 2nd one. Ordered AGAIN. I cannot tell you the frustration I am going through at this point. But....it finally arrived. The other 2 packages, well, they are being traced, hopefuly they will turn up. The good thing is that the company is local and it comes next day, but with all this frustration, it took all week to finally get them. I was seriously starting to think of taking the 2 hour drive to just pick them up myself, forget FedEx!


I'm trying to answer convos as quickly as I can, if I do not respond right away, just know I am processing and packing orders. But I typically respond within 24 hours, most time same day. If you feel I missed you, convo me again, bug me, bug me, bug me, I do not mind at all! lol When you say "I hate to bother I know it's a busy time of year" It's NOT bothering me at all. I am here to help in any way I can. Even if that means locating a package, letting you know the status of your order, adding an item on, whatever it may be. Customer service is my number one priority.


I also want to let everyone know that all orders will be going out in time for holiday gift giving. We should be 100% caught up by Tuesday. This is an amazing feat for this time of year. I cannot express how thankful I am for your patience during this busy time of year. And not to mention the extra helping hands I have received here with my BFF. She has made a world of a difference.

I also wanted to share one more bit of good news, I have received many inquiries about Alice's Nightmare in Wonderland, asking to keep it around. I have been debating on this. Last year we took it down after Halloween. It was intended to be an LE, limited edition item since its main note is pumpkin. But I do have 2 other Alice themed fragrances. I decided to carry on with the theme. Alice's Nightmare in Wonderland will be available year long. But I won't be restocking anymore until after New Years. So stock up while you can.
