Latest Update

I wanted to give an update as to what is going on over here.

I am working pretty quickly on processing orders, yay. Just not as quickly on the convos or emails though as I would like to. 

I have 2 terminally ill family members. 1 is extremely ill with cancer and he is getting worse. We go back and forth, as he doesn't live close by and this becomes quite time consuming, but also heart wrenching. It's very difficult to watch your loved one deal with cancer. My kids are experiencing it too and they do not quite understand.  It's not easy to explain.

Anyhow, I apologize for not being able to get back to you as soon as I would like to. Many of you have been sending over some very warm wishes and I thank you for that. I miss some of the regular convos/emails I have with some of you.

Hopefully I'll be caught up on convos by the end of the week.

Still working my way through some convos and emails so if I haven't gotten back to you yet, please don't worry, I'm working on getting back to you asap.

Just a quick update that I will be opening my etsy shop tomorrow evening. I'm just getting caught up on some things before I reopen. I had to extend my vacation time for time with my family. As you may recall, I have 2 terminally ill family members that I am trying to come to terms with. One has cancer and the other a rare progressive neurodegenerative disorder that was recently told she is in a rapid decline. It is a very difficult time for myself and my family.

2012 Vacation/Holiday Schedule

2012 is an eventful year for me and my family. There also may be times where I will have to close suddenly as I have 2 terminally ill family members.

May:

Closed May 18^th, 2012, reopen Monday May 21^st.

Closed beginning May 25^th, 2012. All orders placed by Wednesday May 23^rd will ship out prior to closure. Any orders placed after the 23^rd will be processed upon our return, Tuesday May 29^th, 2012.

June:

Closed beginning June 4^th, 2012. All orders placed by Friday, June 1^st will ship out prior to closure. Any orders placed after the 1^st will be processed upon our return, Monday June 18^th, 2012.

July:

Closed July 4^th, 2012.

September:

Closed September 3^rd, 2012.

October:

Please note, these dates may change.

Closed beginning Monday, October 8th, 2012. All orders placed until Wednesday October 3rd will be shipped out prior to closure. All orders made after the 3rd will be processed upon our return Monday October 22nd.

November:

Closed beginning Thursday November 22nd, 2012 in observance of Thanksgiving. All orders placed until Monday November 19th will be shipped our prior to closure. All orders made after the 19th will be processed upon our return Monday November 26th, 2012.

December:

Closed beginning December 17th, 2012 in observance of Christmas and New Years. All orders received by Tuesday December 11th, 2012 will be processed and shipped out prior to closure. No orders will be accepted after this date or during this closure time. We will reopen Wednesday, January 2nd, 2013.

Shipping, Convos

All orders are nearly complete, I'll be done by this evening.

If I've missed your convo, please forgive me. From time to time, I'll read a convo, step away because one of my kids has called upon me or my husband and come back and completely forget what I was doing. I blame this on my migraine med, topamax. No kidding. Sometimes it takes me a bit of time to figure out what I was doing. Or a reminder from you!

I'm also going to post my holiday/vacation schedule finally for the remainder of the year tonight.

Order Update

Just a quick update, all orders received up until Saturday are being shipped tomorrow. I am currently answering convos, updating tracking and refunding any shipping over charges.

I want to thank you all so much for your patience.

As far as Marshmallow Woods goes, I'm hoping my labels are complete this week so that I can add them for you as I have been getting quite a few inquiries about it.

Also, Doll Parts will be added permanently with Debaucherous Bath.

After my return I will be adding a couple new perfumes that will be a sneak peek from one of my new summer collections, Retro 40's.

I have to excuse my absence from being able to return convos this week. Although I have been shipping orders out, I haven't been available to answer convos like I normally do. There is a member of our family that has terminal cancer and we have been spending a lot of time with them as of late.

ALL orders up until this past Tuesday have been shipped. All orders from Tuesday until today will be shipping out today and Monday.

You may notice that tracking isn't being updated or immediately updated on your orders. This is because packages are not being dropped off at the counter for scanning but at the drop box where there isn't a line to wait in or anyone to scan them. I apologize for this but I haven't had much time as of late to wait in line to get them scanned. I am looking into getting them picked up so that they can get scanned though from now on.

Also, initially I was going to close shop for a family trip, but I'm going to close shop during that time to be with family. This is going to be from April 2nd to April 6th. Any orders received by March 31st will ship out prior to closure. I will not be accepting any orders after the 31st until I return on the 9th.
