Emails/Convos + TAT, Sale Update & Christmas Line

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Each year, I host Thanksgiving at my house, not only for friends and family, but for those that do not have friends and family to go see or perhaps live too far to go see. This is something I always enjoy, being surrounded by friends and family.

This time of year proves to be a busy one. I am trying to answer all emails and convos as quickly as I can. With Thanksgiving having just passed, this added to the delay. Please bare with me as I get back to you. If it's a couple days, please try again. As they come in they get shoveled down and then I'm trying to go through them and answer them as as quickly as I can.

As far as TAT (turn around time) goes, I am working on it as quickly as I can. Again, it's the time of year and having just returned from a vacation it is not as quick as I'd like it. So TAT is currently set at 10 business days but can be up to 14 as noted on your receipt after checkout.

I am literally working round the clock to try and keep TAT consistent. Please keep in mind, I work from home in my shop, I have 4 children and I am currently working alone. My previous help went on to finish school and is preparing for graduation. So I have enlisted the help of my husband and kids. So I am doing the best that I can. If it gets to be too much, I will close the shop and site down until I can get caught up, which can be a few days.

Also keep in mind, I am having the last sale of the year (and probably the last for quite awhile since it slows TAT down). Sales tend to slow TAT down. I had extended the sale as I received quite a few inquiries in regards to it. The sale is being extended to Cyber Monday. A=

If you have a problem with your order, please contact me first. Again, if I don't respond within 24 hours (minus weekends and holiday), please try again.

I am also updating tracking today. If you did not get your tracking info, please convo/email.

I will also be, finally...adding the Victorian Christmas line tonight.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!
